Why sign up an organization?
Registered organizations can advertise pro bono events and projects they are running on CorporateProBono.Org.
When will my organization be activated?
All organization records must be approved by a CPBO administrator before the record is activated. This normally takes two business days. Once the record is activated, the organization contact will be sent an introductory email and the organization record will show up on the site.
First Name
Type the first name of your organization's primary contact into this field. The name may be up to 50 characters long. This field is required to complete the form.
Last Name
Type the last name of your organization's primary contact into this field. The name may be up to 50 characters long. This field is required to complete the form.
Title
Type the title of your organization's primary contact into this field. The title may be up to 50 characters long. This field is required to complete the form.

Email Address
In this field, enter the email address for your organization's primary contact. The email address may be up to 100 characters long. This field is required to complete the form. Please note that CPBO uses this email address to send you important account information, so please use a valid email address.

Phone Number
In the first field, enter the phone number for your organization's primary contact. You may use parantheses, periods, and dashes to separate parts of the phone number. The phone number may be a maximum of 15 characters long. This field is required to complete the form.

In the second field, enter the contact's extension. If the contact does not have an extension, leave this field blank. This field may be a maximum of 5 characters long.
