Why sign up an organization?
Registered organizations can advertise pro bono events and projects they are running on CorporateProBono.Org.
When will my organization be activated?
All organization records must be approved by a CPBO administrator before the record is activated. This normally takes two business days. Once the record is activated, the organization contact will be sent an introductory email and the organization record will show up on the site.
Organization Name
In this field, please type the full name of your organization. The name may be a maximum of 100 characters long. This field is required to complete the form.

Address
Type the organization's street address into these two fields. The first field is required to complete the form, and may be up to 100 characters long.

The second field can be up to 100 characters long, but is not necessary to complete the form.

City
Type the city in which the organization is based. This field is required to complete the form. The city name may be up to 50 characters long.

State/Province
Select the state (if in the United States) or province (if in Canada) in which your organization is based from the pull down menu. If your organization is based outside of Canada and the United States, do not make a selection from this menu.
Postal Code
In this field, type your organization's postal code. You must enter a postal code to complete the form. The postal code can be up to 10 characters long.

Country
Select the country in which your organization is based from the pull down menu. You must select a country to complete this form.
Website
If your organization has a website, please enter its URL (address) into this field. The URL may be 255 characters. This field is not required to complete the form.
